INTRODUCTION TO GOUACHE is a basic course designed for adult students interested in discovering painting with this medium. Gouache is a vibrant, opaque watercolor with unique qualities adaptable to many techniques and styles of painting. During the six-week course you’ll learn about types of paint and papers, color theory, techniques and more. Each student will complete several small gouache paintings. Enrollment is limited to 4 students per class.

OFFERED BY APPOINTMENT
- Generally available by appointment on Mondays or Tuesdays. Two students minimum; 4 max.
- Will meet "half" days for 6 weeks or "full" days for 3 weeks (total class time of about 15 hours)
- Total Fee: $455, includes $275 for the class plus $180 for supply kit. Kit is custom designed for this course and includes everything you need to get started. Purchase of the kit is required...no exceptions.
